Design Notes
CadA regulatory region increases expression in response to higher concentrations of certain heavy metals such as Cd, Zn, and Co. Among these metals CadA regulatory region is most responsive to Cadmium. The part requires the czrA regulon found in Bacillus Subtitles to function correctly.[1][2]
